Once a month my ass!!!

I had the best of intentions really...well then,to catch up...life is pretty damn good! Sometimes it's kinda scary waiting for the other shoe to drop. I could complain about how much weight I've put on and how much my knee hurts but how boring is that. I do have one gripe though. My son (who will unbelievably be going to middle school next year) was told by the teachers in his school this year to "stay away from the 8th graders" and when they must leave the 6th grade areas to "travel in groups" WTF is this about? I was already worried about this notoriously bad for bullying school and now this shit. Supposedly, it's the kids from one particular neighborhood picking on the kids from the rest. There is clearly a racial component that nobody wants to address but I'll be goddamned if my son is bullied and everyone is afraid to open their mouths for fear they'll be labelled a racist. Here's to hoping nothing comes of any of this.

I'll be back within a month this time I swear it. If nothing else I'll rant about the assholes who come in to work. There are more than enough of them to fill a blog on it's own.

Wow!!

It's been a really long time since I've posted anything but I guess it doesn't really matter since I have no followers anyway. It's crazy that this is still here floating around in cyberspace waiting for me or anyone to look at one day.

Anyway, a quick catch up. I live a whole new life it seems. New job, new family members, new friends...all in all I'm a hell of a lot happier than I was when I started this thing. My son will be going to middle school soon! He already has pubic hair which I have been reeling from since I first found out. My husband still works all the time buy now that I work days we see each other much more, nearly every night. It's not something a person who doesn't work opposite shifts can appreciate but it was rough going for awhile there. I still think we are too busy but isn't that the American way.

I'm gonna come back here once a month a least...treat it like a true journal and ramble on about shit only I care about. Maybe I'll love it. See you soon.
